During his campaign, Mayor Scott Conger presented a strategic plan for his preliminary goals for the City, designated “the Hub City Plan”. The Mayor’s Office is committed to implementing and expanding upon the Hub City Plan as we serve the City of Jackson over the next 4 years. The Hub City Plan attempts to address quality of life concerns and goals for Jackson residents of all ages and demographic backgrounds.
