Notice of Public Hearing on Annexation and Proposed Plan of Service

The Jackson City Council will hold a public hearing on the illustrated annexation and proposed plan of service for an annexation area identified as “Bible #2 Annexation Area”, comprising 3.167 ± acres. The area is generally described as being located at the 1320 Block of Ashport Road. The proposed zoning for “Bible #2 Annexation Area” is RS-2/PRD (Single Family Residential/Planned Residential Development) District.

The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at City Hall, 109 East Main Street, Suite 107 at 9:00 AM in the George A. Smith meeting room. All interested parties are invited to attend.

A copy of the proposed plan of service for the “Bible #2 Annexation Area” is available for public inspection during normal business hours in City Hall, at the office of the Jackson Planning Department, 111 East Main Street, Suite 201; at the office of the City Engineer, 117 East Main Street, Suite 206 and at the office of the City Recorder, 115 East Main Street, Suite 205.
