JACKSON, TN— The City of Jackson Parks and Recreation Department is excited to announce the launch of a new, state-of-the-art registration software designed to streamline how residents connect with community programs. This upgrade marks a significant leap forward in the City’s digital infrastructure, offering a user-friendly interface that brings Jackson’s recreational services into a new age.
A New Way to Play The first phase of this rollout focuses on online program registration. Residents will find a cleaner, faster, and more intuitive experience when signing up for their favorite classes, sports leagues, and activities.
To ensure security and access to the new features, all users will be required to create a new profile during their first registration on the platform. This one-time setup will serve as the gateway to all future Parks and Rec interactions.
