Ordinance to amend the FY 21 Budget

Notice is hereby given that an Ordinance will be introduced before the City Council of the City of Jackson on February 2, 2021, the purpose of which is to amend the FY 21 Budget Ordinance to reflect an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 in lease purchase agreement proceeds to acquire police vehicles for the Jackson Police Department.

The proposed lease purchase agreement to acquire police vehicles will be a 5 year agreement with Ford Credit Municipal Finance. A Public Hearing will be held at the meeting of the Jackson City Council on February 2, 2021 at 9:00 am, in the George A. Smith Room at Jackson City Hall. The proposed Ordinance is on file in the City Recorders Office, Suite 203 at Jackson City Hall, and may be examined during normal business hours.
