Guidelines for Booth Participant Applications:
1. All applications must follow the guidelines for participants (described below) and meet the approval of the Keep Jackson Beautiful (KJB) Earth Day Festival Organizing Committee.
2. Applications must be filled out completely and signed. Deadline for applications is Monday, April 8th, 2024.
3. *There are no fees for non-selling vendor participation in this event. Selling vendor participants require a $10 fee at the time of application. Donations are accepted, welcomed, and appreciated.

Exhibits:
1. Exhibit space provided is 1 10’x10’ booth area. If your business/organization needs additional space or electricity, please contact us for availability.
2. Please indicate those responsible for your booth on the application. Note that you must have at least one individual over the age of 18 present at the booth at all times during the festival.
3. Please sign in at the main booth upon arrival. Set-up starts at 7:30AM and should be complete by 8:45AM. All vehicles must be moved and parked in a designated parking area by 8:30AM.
4. Businesses and organizations exhibiting at the festival must provide their own chairs and tents. Tents may be subject for needing to be taken down for safety if the day is too windy/weather adverse.
5. Applications submitted before the deadline will be assigned space on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be notified of their location prior to the festival.
6. Wildlife may be displayed only if it serves an educational and environmental purpose.
7. Animals brought to the festival are the responsibility of the individual/organization bringing them to the event and must abide by city ordinances and laws. (Leashes required.)
8. All exhibits must follow the guidelines listed below. Space is provided on the application to describe the content and purpose of your exhibit and by signing the application, you agree to abide by the guidelines.
9. Exhibits need to have an environmental focus/theme.
10. PARICIPANTS CANNOT USE THEIR EXHIBIT – OR THE FESTIVAL AREA – TO ADVOCATE FOR OR AGAINST ANY ELECTED OFFICIAL, CANDIDATE, OR POLITICAL PARTY.
