Pursuant to TCA § 7-53-503(j), notice is hereby given to all residents of the City of Jackson, Tennessee and Madison County, Tennessee, and persons interested that the Jackson Downtown Revenue Finance Corporation, a Tennessee a public non-profit corporation (the “Board”) shall meet at the Cadence Bank 2nd Floor conference room at 301 E. Main St., Jackson, Tennessee on Thursday May 22 , 2025 at 11:00 a.m. on such matters before the Board including 1) consideration of “Payment in lieu of Tax “ (PILOT) incentives project for 215, 219, 223, 227, 231, 237, 257, 263, 267 McCowat Street as defined in TCA § 7-53-101 (15), approval of related “economic development agreements” within the meaning of T.C.A. §4-17-102 and 2) such other matters before the Board.
